Throughout these terms:

  • “Client”, “Customer”, “You” means the person using this website or purchasing goods from us.
  • “Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us” means Let’s Movit.

All agreements are subject to the laws of South Africa.

2. Buying Goods from Us

  • All goods sold by Let’s Movit are second-hand. They may show signs of use, which we will describe to the best of our ability. Please check items carefully before taking them off the premises, as collection confirms acceptance.
  • A 20% deposit is required to reserve an item. This deposit is non-refundable, except if:
    • The item is no longer available, or
    • The item was incorrectly described as working but is not.
  • Where refunds are made, a 10% administration fee may be deducted.
  • Deposits can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment.
  • Once an item has been collected, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Collection must take place at the agreed date and time. If you fail to collect, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • The balance of the purchase price must be paid in full before collection. Payment details will be provided once your order is confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or participation in our sales events.
