How does your upholstery and refurbishment work?

Upholstery:

We will be able to collect your item at the date of the sale. Transport charges will apply.

To get started with upholstery, simply contact us first so we can discuss your needs. You’ll then provide the fabric of your choice, and our team will handle the upholstery work to give your item a fresh, new look.

Refurbishment:

We will be able to collect your item at the date of the sale. Transport charges will apply. For refurbishment, reach out to us to discuss what you have in mind. We’ll talk about the color options, type of paint, repairs and the details of the work needed, and then we’ll take care of the rest to restore your item beautifully

How does transport work?

For transport, just get in touch with us to let us know there you need your item to be

delivered. Once we have the details, we’ll calculate the transport costs and arrange everything to ensure a smooth delivery.

Will you be able to deliver smaller items to me via PUDO?

Yes we can PUDO your items.

You will need to book PUDO yourself after we securely wrapped and boxed your item. 

We will send you the measurements per WhatsApp in order for you to have the correct information. 

There will be a minimum handling fee of R160 Per box depending on the size.

Is PayFast Secure?

What if I accidentally buy the wrong item?

No worries! If you’ve made an error, just reach out to our sales agent. They’ll help reverse the transaction and return the item to inventory, giving others a chance to buy it.

I am struggling to pay for items in my basket?

Basket expired – Items can only remain in your basket for 10 minutes without paying for the items. After that, the basket is automatically cleared, and the items return to stock.

Item already sold – If someone else also chose the same item and checks out before you, the item will automatically be removed from stock. It’s first come, first served.

Payment issue – There may be a problem with your bank or the specific card you are using for payment. If payment fails, you might need to contact your bank to resolve it. You can then try to purchase those items again by putting them in your basket

What happens after I paid my deposit for the selected items?

Documentation – You’ll receive an invoice from Let’s Movit confirming your deposit for securing the item and showing the outstanding balance which will be payable immediately.  Please double check your invoice

How will I know where to collect?

You will be contacted with the collection time and place after you paid for the item in full.

What happens at collection venue?

Be prepared for collection – Remember, you’re responsible for collecting your own items if you did not arrange with us for transport. Unfortunately manpower will not be available at the collection points, so come prepared.

Keep empty boxes, newspapers or bags in your vehicle for collection as packaging material will not be supplied.
